The diet I am following is a mixture of a number of diets that are popular right now, tailored to my own needs. The blog is for informational purposes only, and serves as my own "diary" of my journey to lose weight and feel better, sharing what I've learned and resources along the way.

Please consult your own health professionals before changing your own diet in any drastic way. What works for me, might not work for you. That's the whole point of an elimination diet–to see what particular foods might be causing a problem for any individual.

I'm hoping that I can come up with fun and interesting recipes that follow a vegan/paleo/AIP approach and are enjoyable to others. Please be aware that you may be allergic/intolerant/reactive to ingredients I am using.
